We will select appropriate raw material types, such as EVA, TPU, PA, PO, etc., and adjust the formula ratio to meet your needs based on your bonding requirements. These requirements include your operating process temperature and time, bonding strength, temperature resistance, flexibility, and aging resistance. We also provide formulas that comply with food-grade standards or have fire and flame-retardant properties to meet the relevant regulations of specific industries. The flame-retardant grade can meet UL94 V0, and for the automotive industry, our products can meet the testing standards of IATF 16949 in the automotive sector.

We can produce flat films (not web film) with different specifications: thickness ranging from 5 μm to 300 μm (with some EVA products able to reach a thickness of 1.3 mm), width from 20 mm to 1600 mm, and length from 50 m to 1000 m. We can also design multi-layer structures, such as film-and-release-paper structure and film-and-PE protective film structure, to meet the needs of your automated production lines or manual applications.

We can print your company's identifiers, such as batch numbers or product specifications, on the final packaging. We also offer custom packaging services (e.g., vacuum-sealed bags, cartons with your brand design) to ensure product protection during transportation and enhance brand visibility.
