What are the types of hot melt adhesive films

As for the water washability, it mainly depends on the composition of the film.

Hot melt adhesive film specifications are mainly divided into thickness and width. The thinnest thickness is 0.02mm (2 wires) and the thickest is 0.4mm (40 wires). Hot melt adhesive films of different thicknesses mean different weights per square meter. However, one thing needs to be explained. Even if the thickness of hot melt adhesive films of different components is the same, their weights are not necessarily the same. This is because the density of the components is different. At the same time, different production processes of hot melt adhesive films will also lead to different upper and lower limits of thickness. For example, the thickest thickness of the film blowing process can only be 0.10mm, while the thinnest thickness of the film laminating process can only be 0.03mm. In terms of width, due to different equipment and market demands, the width of the film is also different, with the shortest being 10mm and the widest being 3000mm. The relatively conventional widths include 500mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm.
