Apr 14, 2024
The textile industry has always been one of the traditional cultural industry enterprises in China, and its development has a history of thousands of years. As a major country with a long history in the textile industry, the economic development of China's textile industry is in great need of rapid growth. The product design of using PES hot melt adhesive film in the textile industry is also very complex and diverse.
PES hot melt adhesive film has good flexibility, and it has good adhesion to natural fibers such as wool, cotton, linen, and synthetic fibers such as silk and nylon. It has been widely used in the production of clothing, carpets, and non-woven fabrics. The most commonly used hot melt adhesive film for clothing is the hot melt lining.
The requirements for hot melt adhesive film for clothing are colorless and odorless, with a flexible texture, rapid development and curing, wash resistance, and oxidation resistance (resistant to light and not fading). PES hot melt adhesive film is usually made into a powder with a particle size in fabrics, sprinkled on the bonded body or pulled into fine threads, mixed with high melting point fiber materials, and used for bonding non-woven fabrics with special functional purposes. Its application in clothing is mainly to make hot melt linings or replace manual sewing and bonding fabrics.
