Automotive Interior Hot Melt Film

 

The special hot melt adhesive film for automotive interior is a modified thermoplastic bonding film developed for automobile interiors. Made of weather-resistant and low-odor polymer raw materials, it is solvent-free and free of volatile harmful substances. It is dry and non-sticky at room temperature. Suitable for automotive leather, suede, non-woven fabric, needle cotton, sponge, PET and other automotive composite materials. It realizes traceless lamination through hot pressing process. The adhesive layer is flexible and compact after cooling and curing. With high and low temperature resistance, yellowing resistance, water resistance, low odor and no bubbling or delamination, it strictly complies with automotive interior standards. Widely used in automobile roof, door panel, seat, foot pad, sound insulation cotton and interior cladding.

Product Operation Instructions

Operating temperature is 130-200 ℃ . The surface of the material should be dry and clean without oil. Sometimes glued objects should be roughening.

Place the EVA hot melt film/PU hot melt adhesive film onto the object. Heat it to above the melting

temperature, press it properly, tear off the release paper, heat it to above the melting temperature, then stack the other bonding surface, press it properly, and cure instantly in cooling to complete the bonding.
