Superior Adhesion Nose Bridge Hot Melt Film

 

The special hot melt adhesive film for mask nose bridge is a low-melting-point environmentally friendly thermoplastic bonding film specially developed for protective mask nose strips. Made of food-grade environmentally friendly polymer raw materials, it is solvent-free, odorless and harmless with dry solid film at room temperature. Featuring low melting point and fast melting speed, it adapts to high-speed automatic mask production lines. It is mainly used for bonding plastic nose strips and galvanized iron wire nose strips with non-woven fabrics. The adhesive layer has good permeability with firm bonding, no glue penetration after lamination. It is soft and skin-friendly for comfortable wearing. With stable viscosity and anti-rebound performance, it is widely used in medical disposable masks, civil protective masks, KN95 dust masks and other masks for nose bridge fixing.

Operating Instructions

Recommended operating temperature: 130–180 ℃. Ensure bonding surfaces are dry, clean and oil-free. Roughen the surface if required.

Lay the hot melt adhesive film on the substrate. Heat the film beyond its melting point, apply appropriate pressure, and it will set immediately upon cooling to finish bonding.
