Product Application
In the textile industry, hot melt adhesive film is a common hot melt adhesive substance. In order to give strength and durability, it is frequently used to fuse several types of materials together. Heat-sensitive TPU hot melt adhesive film covering melts quickly when heated and solidifies to create a strong bind when cooled.
The Instructions
1. The operating temperature of this product is 140-160℃, the surface of the adhesive should be dry without oil, and make it not smooth when necessary.
2. Apply the heat sealing layer on the middle of the two adhesive materials, heat it to above the melting temperature, apply appropriate pressure (3-8bar), and solidify in pressure cooling to complete the bonding.
