UL94 V0 grade flame retardant hot melt adhesive film is an environmentally friendly thermoplastic film that meets international authoritative fire protection standards. It is developed and produced with halogen-free flame retardant formula, free of halogen, heavy metals and harmful volatile substances. It is solid film at room temperature, no solvent required, and can be quickly bonded to various materials by hot pressing with stable forming after cooling. It owns stable flame retardant performance, which can self-extinguish rapidly in vertical combustion test, no open fire dripping and no ignition of surrounding materials. Hot melt film achieving UL94 V0 flame resistance is mainly used in fields requiring flame retardancy, such as bonding of leather, PVC, PU artificial leather, and other materials. It can also be used for bonding fibrous fabrics, plastics, and other materials.

The Instructions

1. The operating temperature of this product is 130-160℃, the surface of the adhesive should be dry without oil, and make it not smooth when necessary.

2. Tear off the release paper, apply the hot - sticky layer to the material to be bonded, heat it to above the melting temperature, apply appropriate pressure (3 - 8bar), and cure it under pressure during cooling to complete the bonding.
