The hot melt adhesive film for clothing lamination is an eco-friendly functional film modified with TPU, PES, EVA, polyamide and other raw materials, specially designed for the garment fabric lamination industry.It replaces traditional spraying glue, powder dot and oil glue processes. By adopting low-temperature hot pressing lamination, two or more layers of fabrics can be bonded integrally. It is suitable for all kinds of clothing fabrics such as knitted fabric, woven fabric, fleece, lamb fleece, non-woven fabric, mesh, leather and waterproof fabric. Widely used in outdoor jackets, down garments, underwear, home textiles, sportswear and warm clothing. It is a core material for seamless lamination, lightweight softness and environmentally friendly production in the garment industry.

Product Operation Instructions
Operating temperature is 130-200 ℃ . The surface of the material should be dry and clean without oil. Sometimes glued objects should be roughening.
Place the film onto the object. Heat it to above the melting
temperature, press it properly, tear off the release paper, heat it to above the melting temperature, then stack the other bonding surface, press it properly, and cure instantly in cooling to complete the bonding.

The use of hot - melt adhesive film is very convenient. It can be quickly bonded only by heating and pressurizing. In large - scale production, this feature greatly improves production efficiency.
