PP honeycomb board has low surface energy and is difficult to bond, and ordinary glue is prone to delamination and debonding.The special hot melt adhesive film for PP honeycomb board is modified to match the polarity of PP material. It is specially used for composite bonding of PP honeycomb board with PP sheet, aluminum sheet, fiberglass board, leather, wood veneer and non-woven fabric. It adopts solid hot melt film hot-press lamination process, no need to prepare liquid glue. It fits and shapes after heating melting and cooling, featuring strong adhesion, no board corrosion, no peculiar smell, flat and no bulging. Product Operation Instructions:

1.Operating temperature is 130-180 ℃ . The adhered surface should be dry and clean without oil. If there is necessary , adhered objects should be roughening.

2.Place the PP honeycomb core hot melt adhesive film onto the adhered object. Heat it to above the melting

temperature, press it properly, and cure instantly in cooling to complete the bonding.

Formulation modified for non-polar PP material, with excellent wettability on PP honeycomb board, solve the difficulty of PP bonding. The bond is firm without delamination or debonding in long-term use.

After hot pressing and curing, the adhesive layer has high toughness, good peel and tear resistance. No cracking or hollowing under force after lamination, with high overall structural stability, suitable for load-bearing structural lamination.

Solvent-free and non-chemical corrosion, it will not damage the core and surface of PP honeycomb board, no aging and no embrittlement, maintaining the toughness and flatness of the board.

Solid adhesive film can be directly laid and hot pressed without glue mixing and brushing. The adhesive layer is uniform in thickness, no glue overflow, no bubbles, no bulging, with flat and beautiful appearance, saving subsequent polishing and cleaning.

The Honeycomb panel lamination hot melt film has good high and low temperature resistance, moisture resistance and weather aging resistance. It will not turn yellow or crack and maintain lasting bonding for long-term use outdoors, in vehicles and indoors.
