Product Application
Hot melt adhesive films for bonding PP corrugated boards are highly versatile and can be used with a wide range of substrates. They work exceptionally well when bonding PP corrugated boards to other plastics, such as polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polystyrene (PS). The similar chemical properties of these plastics allow the adhesive to form a strong intermolecular connection.
In addition to plastics, they can also be used to bond PP corrugated boards to metals, such as aluminum and steel. In this case, a surface pretreatment of the metal, such as sandblasting or applying a primer, may be required to enhance the adhesion. Moreover, hot melt adhesive films are suitable for bonding PP corrugated boards to non - woven fabrics, paper, and cardboard, expanding their application scope in packaging, signage, and display industries.
