PETG, whose full name is Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-co-Adipate (referred to as PETG for short), is a type of copolyester polymer material obtained through chemical modification technology. It is an important branch of the PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) family, combining toughness, transparency, processability and environmental friendliness. It is one of the widely used thermoplastic engineering plastics at present.
GAG, whose full name is Glycosaminoglycans (referred to as GAG for short; also commonly known as "Mucopolysaccharides" in lay terms), is a class of linear anionic polysaccharides composed of repeating disaccharide units. It is widely present in the extracellular matrix (ECM) and on the cell surface of animal tissues, and serves as one of the core structural components of connective tissues (such as cartilage, skin, and blood vessel walls). GAG possesses multiple functions including structural support, signal transduction, and physiological protection.
These two material are all difficult to bonding,and the operation temperature can`t too high,if the temperature is too high,the PETG and GAG will be melt,so after we research and develop,we make WT-57 hot melt adhesive film,it can bonding these two material very well.

Products Application
High Temperature Hot Melt Adhesive Film can be used for fiber fabric, plastic, metal, wood, ceramic and other materials' bonding. It is widely used in decals and label stickers of
clothing industry, automobile industry, electronic industry, packaging industry, communication industry and so on.
Outstanding Flexibility
1) Operating temperature is 120-130 ℃ (The temperature at which the film itself reaches) . The time is 10-30 seconds,(it can be
adjusted according to the actual condition).The surface of the material should be dry and clean without oil. Sometimes glued
objects should be roughening.
2) Place the film onto the object. Heat it to above the melting temperature, press it properly, tear off the release paper, heat it
to above the melting temperature, then stack the other bonding surface, press it properly, and cure instantly in cooling to
complete the bonding.
