Hot melt adhesive for bonding the glass fibre is a film product with or without release paper, which can be easily operated continuously or intermittently. Can be widely used in all kinds of fabrics, paper, polymer materials and metal bonding

1.Operating temperature of is 130-200℃.The surface of the material should be dry and clean without oil. Sometimes glued objects should be roughening.

2.Place the film onto the object. Heat it to above the melting temperature, press it properly, tear off the release paper, heat it to above the melting temperature, then stack the other bonding surface, press it properly, and cure instantly in cooling to complete the bonding.

 

 

The appearance is transparent. TPU hot melt adhesive film can be used for cotton fabric, chemical fiber , polyester fabric, Polyamide, oxford fabric and PVC&PU leather materials' bonding. It is widely used in decals and label stickers of clothing industry, automobile industry, electronic industry, packaging industry, communication industry and so on.
