Hot Sealing Adhesive Film For Glasses

Glass bottles have smooth surface, high density and stable polarity. Traditional glue sealing is prone to glue overflow, whitening, slow curing and poor tightness. Hot melt adhesive film is an environmentally friendly solid adhesive, specially suitable for glass bottle mouth sealing, bottle cap bonding and glass edge sealing.

With precise hot pressing process, the adhesive film melts and wets the smooth glass surface evenly, forming a dense, high-viscosity and high-tightness adhesive layer after cooling. The adhesive layer is flat without bubbles and will not corrode glass materials, which is widely used in food, daily chemical, medical and other glass bottle packaging industries.

Hot melt adhesive film has good wettability. After thermal melting, it has moderate fluidity and can fully fit the tiny irregular gaps of glass bottle mouth. After cooling and curing, the adhesive forms a high-strength closed layer. It realizes sealing effect through physical adsorption and molecular combination, blocking air, moisture and dust to achieve waterproof, moisture-proof, leak-proof and fresh-keeping performance.

六,Directions for Use

Operating temperature: 80–120℃. The surfaces to be bonded must be dry and free of oil. Roughening is recommended if necessary.

Place the adhesive film on the substrate and heat above melting temperature with proper pressure. Peel off the release liner, heat again above melting temperature, laminate with the other surface, apply proper pressure, and it will cure instantly during cooling to complete bonding.
