Introduction
PE (Polyethylene) has an inert surface, low surface energy and smooth texture, which is recognized as a difficult-to-bond material. Common PE materials include PE plastic sheets, PE films, PE foam, PE pipes and polyethylene packaging parts. Traditional liquid glue has poor adhesion on PE, easily causing debonding, whitening and substrate corrosion. Adopting solid hot-melt bonding technology, the hot melt adhesive film fully wets the PE surface after hot pressing, forming a stable and firm composite layer. It effectively solves the common industry problems of poor adhesion and easy falling off of PE materials.

Product Applications
Hot Melt Adhesive Film for Bonding Metal and PE is suitable for bonding metals with PE, as well as glass, plastics, wood, ceramics, and other materials. It is widely used in garment appliqués and labels, automotive interiors, electronics, packaging, telecommunications, and various industrial bonding applications.
Directions for Use
Operating temperature: 80–120℃. The PE film with heat seal adhesive surfaces to be bonded must be dry and free of oil. Roughening is recommended if necessary.
Place the adhesive film on the substrate and heat above melting temperature with proper pressure. Peel off the release liner, heat again above melting temperature, laminate with the other surface, apply proper pressure, and it will cure instantly during cooling to complete bonding.

100 ㎡ per roll; packed in woven bags lined with plastic film or carton boxes.
Storage condition
