Introduction
PP (Polypropylene) features stable molecular structure, low surface polarity and smooth surface, which is recognized as a difficult-to-bond plastic material. Common PP materials include PP plastic sheets, injection molded parts, films, non-woven fabrics, honeycomb panels and modified PP auto parts. Traditional liquid glue has poor adhesion on PP, which easily causes debonding, hardening, whitening and corrosion. Adopting environmentally friendly solid hot pressing technology, the hot melt adhesive film fully wets the smooth PP surface after melting, forming a high-strength and stable bonding layer to solve the difficult bonding problem of PP materials.
Product Description
PP has non-polar surface and high crystallinity, making it difficult for ordinary glue to adhere. The hot melt adhesive film melts and flows under constant temperature and pressure, penetrating the tiny uneven lines on the PP surface. It forms a firm composite structure through mechanical occlusion and physical adsorption. The uniform adhesive layer will not damage the original acid and alkali resistance, light weight and toughness of PP substrate.

Directions for Use
Operating temperature: 80–120℃. The surfaces to be bonded must be dry and free of oil. Roughening is recommended if necessary.
Place the adhesive film on the substrate and heat above melting temperature with proper pressure. Peel off the release liner, heat again above melting temperature, laminate with the other surface, apply proper pressure, and it will cure instantly during cooling to complete bonding.
