Non-woven fabric features loose fibers, high porosity and light texture, which is widely used in medical, hygiene, filtration, packaging and home textile industries. Traditional liquid glue is prone to glue penetration, hardening, deformation and pungent odor. As an environmentally friendly solid adhesive material, hot melt adhesive film melts and penetrates into the non-woven fiber layer by hot pressing. It forms a uniform, transparent and soft bonding layer after cooling, effectively solving the bonding problems such as glue penetration, hardening and easy damage of non-woven fabric.

Product Applications
The appearance is transparent. The Textile Hot Melt Adhesives can be used for cotton fabric, chemical fiber , polyester fabric, Polyamide, oxford fabric and PVC&PU leather materials' bonding. Nonwoven Fusible Fabric PA Hotmelt Adhesive Film is also can used for plastics, rubber including Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer (EPDM) bonding (rubber have to do the pre-treatment). And it can also be used for fiber fabric, plastic, metal, wood, ceramic and other materials bonding.
Storage Condition
Hot Melt Adhesive Film Nonwoven Fabrics can store in a cool and dry place.
No glue coating, airing and drying procedures. Lamination can be completed in a few seconds under hot pressing. The Hot Melt Adhesive Film Nonwoven Fabric is compatible with roller presses and flat hot presses with high automatic production efficiency, saving production costs.
