Introduction
Spunlace non-woven fabric is formed by high-pressure water jet consolidation process. It has fine fibers, smooth surface, skin-friendliness, moisture absorption and air permeability, widely used in medical dressings, beauty wipes, cleaning wipes and close-fitting protection fields. With fluffy fibers and strong water absorption, the fabric is extremely prone to glue penetration, hardening, caking, peculiar smell and fiber corrosion when using traditional liquid glue. As an environmentally friendly solid adhesive, hot melt adhesive film uniformly melts and penetrates into the spunlace fiber layer through hot pressing. The cured adhesive remains transparent and soft, retaining the original skin-friendly performance of spunlace fabric to the maximum extent.

Product Applications
The appearance is transparent. It can be used for cotton fabric, chemical fiber , polyester fabric, Polyamide, oxford fabric and PVC&PU leather materials' bonding. The Hot Melt Adhesive Non-Woven Fabric is also can used for plastics, rubber including Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer (EPDM) bonding (rubber have to do the pre-treatment). And it can also be used for fiber fabric, plastic, metal, wood, ceramic and other materials bonding.
