TPU ultra-thin hot melt adhesive film is a lightweight functional adhesive film made of thermoplastic polyurethane through high-precision casting and modification. The 0.01mm extra slim TPU adhesive film does not increase the thickness of substrates without bulky feeling after lamination. It perfectly retains the lightweight texture of raw materials with no hard edges or protrusions, suitable for high-end lightweight products and solving the stiffness and bulkiness problems of ordinary adhesive films.

Inheriting the high elasticity of TPU material, it features high elongation and can bend, stretch and twist with substrates without permanent deformation. The laminated material is soft and skin-friendly with no sticky or stiff feeling, ideal for elastic fabrics and flexible electronic products.

Product Operation Instructions

1)Operating temperature is 170-200 ℃ . The surface of the material to be bonded should be dry and clean without oil stain. If there is necessary, the objects to be bonded should be roughening.

2) Place the film betwe en the two objects to be bonded. Heat it to above the melting temperature, press it properly (3-8 bar), To cure in the process of the press and cooling, to complete the bonding.

 

Micro thickness TPU hot melt adhesive film is mainly used for bonding the leather, PVC & PU synthetic leather. It also can be used for fiber fabric, plastic, metal, wood, ceramic and other materials' bonding and laminating.
