Introduction
The special hot melt adhesive film for EPDM rubber is a modified polymer adhesive film developed for the difficult bonding characteristics of EPDM rubber. Due to the inert surface and low polarity of EPDM rubber which is hard to bond with ordinary glue, this product adopts a special modified formula to improve surface wetting and adhesion to rubber. It is solvent-free, environmentally friendly and odorless, presenting a solid non-sticky film at room temperature. It closely bonds EPDM rubber, metal, non-woven fabric, foam materials and plastic plates after hot pressing. A high-toughness adhesive layer is formed after cooling and curing. With weather resistance, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance and waterproof sealing properties, it solves the industrial pain points of poor adhesion and easy debonding of EPDM rubber, widely used in rubber seals, rubber-plastic composites, shock-absorbing accessories and outdoor rubber products.

Product Applications
High temperature resistant hot melt film for EPDM rubber can be used for fiber fabric, plastic, metal, wood, ceramics and other materials bonding. Widely used in the clothing industry decals, labels, automotive industry interior parts, electronics industry, packaging industry, communication industry and so on.
Product Operation Instructions:
1.Operating temperature is 130-180 ℃ . The adhered surface should be dry and clean without oil. If there is necessary , adhered objects should be roughening.
2.Place the EPDM rubber hot melt film onto the adhered object. Heat it to above the melting
temperature, press it properly, and cure instantly in cooling to complete the bonding.
