Our hot melt adhesive film is designed for fabric lamination through hot pressing or oven processing. When heated to its softening point, the adhesive activates and releases, enabling strong bonding between a variety of substrates including fabric, metal, paper, leather, PVC, and EPDM.
This versatile product is widely used in industries such as apparel, electronics, and automotive manufacturing. The film features a semi-transparent, oyster-white appearance.

Product Usage
Hot melt composite film is mainly used for bonding the polyester film, garment fabric, leather, PVC & PU synthetic leather. It also can be used for fiber fabric, plastic, metal, wood, ceramic and other materials' bonding and laminating.

Product Operation Instructions
Operating temperature is 150-180 ℃ . The surface of the material to be bonded should be dry and clean without oil stain. If it is necessary, t he objects to be bonded should be roughening.
Place the film onto the object to be bonded. Heat it to above the melting temperature, press it properly, tear off the release paper, heat it to above the melting temperature, then laminating the other side bonding surface, press it properly, and cure instantly in cooling to complete the bonding.
