Instructions

1.We suggest The operating temperature is 100-130 ℃,the time is 5-15 seconds,The surface of the material should be dry and clean without oil.

 

2.The Garment PU leather laminating hot melt film is placed in the middle of the cohered material, heated above the melting temperature, properly pressurized, and the bonding is completed in cooling

 

Operation Suggestion

Three Key elements are used:Temperature,time,and pressure.The relevant parameters can be adjusted according to the actual equipment conditions.

 

Leather Surface Preparation: Before Hot Melt Adhesive Film use for Leather, it is necessary to clean the leather surface thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and other contaminants, as these can affect the adhesion of the adhesive film. A damp cloth and mild detergent can be used for cleaning, followed by drying with a dry cloth to ensure the surface is completely dry and clean.

Adhesive Film Selection: Different types of hot melt adhesive films have different properties and are suitable for different leather materials and applications. For example, TPU hot melt adhesive film for bonding synthetic leather is suitable for most leather materials and offers good flexibility and adhesion, while polyamide hot melt adhesive film may be more suitable for applications requiring high temperature resistance and impact resistance. It is important to select the appropriate adhesive film based on the specific requirements of the leather product.

Bonding Conditions: The bonding temperature, pressure, and time are important factors that affect the quality of the bond.
