Product Applications
The fire resistant hot melt adhesive sheets are mainly used in fields requiring flame retardancy, such as bonding of leather, PVC, PU artificial leather, and other materials. It can also be used for bonding fibrous fabrics, plastics, and other materials.
The Instructions
1. The operating temperature of this product is 130-160℃, the surface of the adhesive should be dry without oil, and make it not smooth when necessary.
2. Tear off the release paper, apply the hot - sticky layer to the material to be bonded, heat it to above the melting temperature, apply appropriate pressure (3 - 8bar), and cure it under pressure during cooling to complete the bonding.
